Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. mytown33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. During the account registration and verification process (KYC), users may be required to submit valid proof of identity. 4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the mytown33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and belong to them personally. mytown33 does not accept deposits or payments from third-party accounts.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is RM10, made via supported local payment methods such as FPX and e-wallets. All deposits are subject to a verification process, and mytown33 reserves the right to hold or review any suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 business hours, depending on the selected method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your mytown33 account. mytown33 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separately stated wagering requirements. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure without notice. mytown33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure
Mytown33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for prohibited purposes. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other elements on the mytown33 platform are the exclusive property of mytown33 and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from mytown33.
